Michael Gerber’s The E-Myth Revisited
is one of the most useful business books I’ve read to date. The principle is simple: if you’re building a business you need to work on the business and not on the work. This can be difficult for those of us whom Michael calls “technicians” but it’s vital that we develop our business systems in addition to our art. His book teaches business owners a new way of looking at what it is that we do.
E-Myth Worldwide, Michael’s website, is worth visiting for more information and tools.
